Suffer the pain - Midnight sacrifice Kassett

You want this one if your one person into deathmetal, käng or the mix of this genres. Suffer the pain marching on with blasting raw metal käng recorded with a sound that fits the genre fine. Their songs has always made me think of the scene from the mid-90s and if they would have played then they would probably have been one of the top favourties on Distortion to hell comps. Add an extra + that they made this fullength as a tape (Buy the LP from Phobia records). One favourite track after a couple of listenings is "Slaughter", a good recipe for this käng/death metal record. Good debut, waiting for more to come...

This is great, this is Hardcore/punk from start to finish. No slow, growling, boring, metalbased, hardcore, just fast angry, the way we all like it. Kronofogden manage well to fill out this LP with great songs like "Maran",  "Strålande tider" and "Könglåten"without loosing my interest, I want more. The music is straight forward and I guess the influences is both from old US bands aswell as scandinavian rawpunk. Many great Full-lenghts from the scene 2015 and this is one of the best ones so order a copy from  Blindead records.

Poppets

My friends Erik and Matilda went to see Poppets during one liveshow in Malmö december. I asked Erik to buy every record they had with them since I would not be able to go there. He got me 2 Lps and 2 Eps. What can you say, superpoppy melodic punk from start to end. This is so great, find a record with them, buy, If they are in your town, go and see, cause I bet they are really good live aswell... and big thanx Erik and Matilda for delivering the gold. Songs like "1+1=2" and "Dance party" and not to forget their great cover of "Hjärtats slag" really makes Poppets one of the better swedish bands around today.

Brottsvåg LP "2015" recension

Brottsvåg 2015 LP

First contact with Brottsvåg was when they contributed with two songs on one of my tape comps called "Hoten från underjorden". I really liked their sound, a catchy 77-style punkrock with attitude. This was some years ago and now they have this LP out from Luftslott records. Listening to this reminds me of bands from the early Göteborgsscenen and the sound from "Göteborgspunk 77-80", and that record still is one of my favourites so most say that they manage good with their songs in 2015. If you want a LP with great punkrock go get this one from Luftslott records and enjoy songs like "klassresan" and "Här och nu".

The Bristles  - Last days of capitalism LP

Since Pike records is one of the labels releasing this album, I will just keep it short:
Bristles is back with another blasting full-lenght hardcore album, this time with a more rawer sound than earlier releases, lyrics with related and dated 2015 (sung out with anger, no growling) and music that makes it hard to sit still while listening to this. I know how intense a Bristles liveshow is and I can almost feel the same listening to this album. Full speed ahead, mixed with the intros/samplings, makes both sides of this LP a release that will give fuel to the punkscenen and people into fast raw hardcore. Don't know which band I would compare Bristles with, and for me that is a goood thing. Really looking forward to next release and Tobbes (new member) involvment in Bristles. Good lyrics, important topics, raw hardcore, go get this LP.
