2013 has been a great one, or rather a pleasant one because of all the new experiences in life that I never thought it would happen to me.
Start of 2013 means the start of Year 2 Sem 2. It wasnt a smooth one, with Accounting 2 and the aim of pulling up my GPA pushed me to work harder and harder as the sem passed by. At the same time, applying for exchange and sourcing for PA added on to the high stress level at that point of time. Fortunately, my effort has been paid off. I got my self-sourced PA at GSK which was a super awesome work experience, got my exchange to McMaster University (Canada) at the 2nd round, and also results that I am satisfied with. It is also a year that I turned 21 and had my 21st birthday party. Cause of the party, it makes me feel blissful and loved with my family and friends around. It is also the first time that I chopped off my long hair and go for a new look (I still prefer long hair though). This kind of summarises the first half of 2013.
Now, approaching the end of 2013, I am here at Longwood typing this blog post, still feels kinda unbelievable when I reflected and think back of all the things that happened in 2013. Just a year ago, I would never imagine myself sitting here, imagine myself travelling in cities located at the opposite end of the world, and going through such a memorable journey that I would definitely remember for life.
There's simply too many things to update if I would go into details. This post will serve as a reminder to myself of all the things I had went through in 2013 and I am really thankful for such opportunities presented to me. As cliche as it might sound. Sweet Memories indeed.
