Haul out the Holly

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!

Image
We've been hanging swags and decorating trees, watching Christmas movies and baking cookies!

Image
We had one Pittsboy that traded his cleats for basketball shoes and Basketball season has begun!

I've got to brush up on my basketball pic taking skills - it's a little different than football and takes me a game to adjust!

We are settling in for some cold weather, a chance of winter weather and lots of Christmas prepping!

Giving of Thanks 2016

We headed south on Tuesday morning following some Monday afternoon news that Pop took a scary tumble down the roof!  Jayden was our driver since I was still recovering from surgery.
Image
One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving break is watching the Oosterhous, Williams and Pitts kids running back and forth and hanging out with each other- and of course, that I get to see their mommas!  I have not one picture of that crazy crew of kids we have together!
Image
We spent Thanksgiving Day in Sheridan with the Pitts!  Food and Farm Fun!  There was a new calf being bottle fed!

Lots to be Thankful for!  Time to head up the mountain and begin our countdown to Christmas!

Hello November, It's been a while

November means closing down the football seasons.  That means lots of team celebrations, equipment pick-ups, locker clean outs (shew wee!) and the welcoming back of our Saturday mornings, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday nights!
But first - Check out the undefeated 7th grade team - they got recognized at the High School game with individual call outs at half time!

We have had slews of teens, pre-teens and heck - pretty much all age ranges hanging out, bon fires, dinners, sleepovers and a family end of year close out for the 4th grade football team.

This kid is ready to count down til Christmas and I'm right there with him!

Our Avery got to hang with us . .  .

some brother squats - the best work out!

Don't forget Disney preps!  We are preparing for our January trip with lots of fast pass booking and dinner reservations!  We also have our house under contract and are prepping for a January move out!

hanging out at our 2nd home!  Most nights, sadly, we feast on concession stand food and spend hours at the stadium.  Between announcing, press box duties, concession stand cooking and working and actually watching the games - it's alot of stadium time!
