Well I already failed my weekly posts, but only because not much has happened. It rained all week, so no outside fun days were planned and the Mr. was away on a business trip, so we did a lot of movies, and playing inside. Lets all hope for a much better week this week!! We do have big plans, hopefully a park will be done being built, and we can have Park Parties, as Jocelyn calls them! We can't wait!!

And for the First Post

We are very excited to announce that there will be a baby boy joining our family!! Tim and I were talking the other night, and I was saying how I was feeling a little overwhelmed, but only because we have only know pink and Princesses for 5 years, and now we are throwing in blue!! I was thinking of all the fun things I can make for a boy, little shoes found here, cute little boy ties, pants, and new room ideas, all very exciting! I have big plans for the girls new room and our little boys room, I just hope I can do it all. I am loving the change! We also received the sweetest little gift for our new addition all ready! I think Grandpa is very excited as well because this is what he gave us. . .



inside was a golf ball! I tried to take a picture but it wasn't working , but I am sure all of you know what a golf ball looks like! Anyway so cute and I am so excited! Hope you follow along to see the progress we are hoping to make to our house, yard and lives.

NEW GOAL!!! Post at least once a week!! Lets see how well this goes!! I was watching Studio 11 the other day, and they were talking about how important it is to have something to remember for you and for your children, and I thought I have a blog that I never update, maybe I should put that into good use, and get something great out of it. I always read other blogs that at the end of the year they make there's into a book, and I thought that would be much easier that scrap booking at this time, so I am taking the plunge and accepting the challenge to write my thoughts, my childrens good and bad times, so we all can have something to look back on!!

what to do when it rains?

We were loving all the rain and thunder storms we had a few weeks ago, but some enjoyed it more than others!

Did you read her shirt? It is almost liked we planned it, but we didn't! She is definitely our little puddle jumper, anytime is has rained or raining she wants to be outside!! Isn't she so cute!!! (we think so)

Summer time

Jocelyn's birthday on the fourth!! Pink princess cupcakes!!

Jocelyn playing with her very first Sparkler! Yes I know she is four and would never touch one, finally she did it. Sadly on the 24Th we got her to do a sparkler again and she burned herself, so probably not for a while! She got lots of great presents which she loves to play with all the time!

Before her birthday we had a Princess Tea Party with her friends!

All the little girls dressed up as princesses! They were all so cute!
She wanted another castle cake like last year, so this year we made it pink and put all the princesses on it, much easier, lots less stress!

We played a few games like "Kiss the Frog" ( dont worry no princes came from the frog)




We tiled our upstairs bathroom. It was a growing experience! We still love each other!




We went camping with some friends and these are the only pictures with people in them.

Apparently the Mr. is a scenery picture taker so I wont bore you with those ( I love them hubby!) It was so much fun! My parents lent us their four wheeler, so we rode around on them all day, and drove up to see a beautiful reservoir! Had amazing Dutch oven, and of course it wouldn'tbe camping without the Yummy Smores!

On Pioneer day, we decided to do something adventurous and took the girls to Bridal Veil Falls! We all had lots of fun! A nice way to stay cool on a hot day!
