PlusOne (Formerly known as FeatherCast) was created in 2006 (here’s Episode 1!) by David Reid and Rich Bowen, to tell the stories of the Apache Software Foundation.
We tell stories in 5 main categories:
Who: Stories of the people who make up the ASF, like Brian Behlendorf and Sharan Foga.
What: Stories of what our projects do. This includes new releases, interesting features being worked on, and how they get used in the real world.
When: Updates from, and announcements of, project events, like Airflow Summit and Community Over Code.
Where: Stories of local ASF user groups, like the Apache Local Community chapters in Balgalore and Warsaw.
Why: Conversations about why we do what we do, like this one with Bertrand, and this presentation by Jim.
