Little Marvels volume 2, 2025 out now.

Discover the power of the smallest poem form — in voices from around the world, at Poetry Pea Press.

This international anthology of haiku and senryū brings together contemporary poets writing in English, offering readers moments of insight, humour, and reflection distilled into just a few lines.

From the subtle beauty of nature to the sharp wit of daily life, these poems show how haiku and senryū continue to evolve beyond borders. Alongside the poems, an engaging essay explores the art of senryū.

Perfect for readers new to haiku as well as seasoned enthusiasts, this collection invites you to slow down, notice more deeply, and connect with shared human moments.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Original haiku and senryū by poets from across the globe
  • A thoughtful essay on senryū
  • Contemporary perspectives on English-language haiku
  • A celebration of brevity, clarity, and emotional truth

Whether you read a few poems at a time or immerse yourself in the full collection, this anthology will stay with you long after you close its pages.
