- No cancellation. Deposit is not returnable, think wisely before you order or reserve any item.
- Any items reserved need to be paid off within 3 weeks or they will be released back for sale.

4. Shipping & Delivery :-
- Ship to Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore and all over the world.
- COD at SELAYANG MALL (free of charge)
- Pos Laju (charge will be based on weight & size of items)
- Dispatch delivery, KL city only (RM15)

5. Any pre-order items from USA, UAE, INDONESIA, VIETNAM, INDIA n CHINA will take about 2-4 weeks while for ready stock items, 2-3 working days. Occasionally, there will be delay due to certain circumstances.

6. All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.
