Book Review: Raggedy Ann and Andy and The Nice Fat Policeman

This story is about two dolls who go on an adventure. It is a really cute story. But it is really old. I think my grandma read it when she was little.
I want to tell you something about the book. There was an ice cream bush and there was ice cream on it. I liked the end of the book. It is really sweet ending. The guy who is bad turns good.

Baking Day

Riley: I had lots of fun baking banana muffins and bread. Here are some of the ingredients- wheat flour, normal flour, bananas, vanilla, cauliflower-I know it sounds weird but it is really good! You should try making it some day.

Amellia: I made granola. I took granola and then coconut, vanilla and nuts. I cooked it in the oven. It is just simple. It taste good and you can try it when you want to. You can eat it as cereal. My sister Claire made Peanut Butter no Bake Balls.

Claire: I ate Peanut butter balls and I baked them.

Olivia: I made ice cream sandwiches. I used milk and grain. I used milk and yogurt.

On Friday we made granola, banana bread, peanut butter no bakes and ice cream sandwiches using a home made frozen yogurt and chocolate graham crackers. They all are tasty treats. Of you want a recipe let us know or if you have one you think we'd like to try.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling

We read Harry Potter for a long time today. It was lots of fun. I've never read so much in my life before. It is awesome! My favorite part is Quidditch. I think that people should read it because it is good. -Riley

Earth Day

Dear Earth, I love you. I hope you liked it cleaned up.From Claire

We celebrated Earth Day by cleaning up around the neighborhood. We picked up garbage and then sorted what could be recycled. We had lots of fun cleaning.

It is important to clean the Earth because we promised Heavenly Father and Jesus we would clean it up. We are grateful for it. We promised that we would follow His plan.

Afterward we relaxed with slushes from Sonic and some playtime at the park.

March Adventure

This month we studied animals and were able to attend Homeschool day at the Hogle Zoo. We had lots of fun exploring and seeing some of our favorite animals. Because the weather was perfect!, we got to see many animals active. Giraffes, elephants, a gorilla, and a leopard (that was certain he was going to catch someone to eat.) Posted below are the projects and information that Riley and Amellia put together for an assignment.
