Kundasang Sabah

Pine Resorts Kundasang. Deluxe at RM175 included dinner and breakfast. Room is okey. quite nice but very basic.. facing Mount Kinabalu. Nice place with fresh breeze and bingo we stayed overnight without any proper plan.. no extra shirts and pants..well..did we mention..we are traveller...hehe!

The background is mount kinabalu.. the tallest mountain in south east asia.

Our neighbor who stay beside next door.. one from kedah and another from N.sembilan. Both are giving courses to the small clinic in kundasang..

This is kundasang town. Along the street they are selling fruits and vegetables.. very cheap and fresh..guarantee...fresh..!

Back to Sabah -2007

On 27/10/07 fly 9.30am , Saturday at LCC terminal. Leave the car with bro in law to take care. The kids are so eager to ride an aeroplane. AirAsia is still the cheapest. Happy happy happy..

Walk

Yesterday i walked to office. The distances roughly took 5 min ride using motorbike, 10 min for bicycle and 7 min using car. Walking... it takes 30 min to reach the office. Along the way .. u need climb up and down hill ( jungle tracking ) , safari tracking along the industrial area and F1 tracking before reach the office. Sound great. Yes of course look very simple but when u try it , don't complaint the pain on ur leg the day after. Why doing this stupid things when u can just ride a bike?... simple. It's for your heart. I read an article saying ..if u don't have time to excercise, try to walk to the office every morning. Park your car somewhere 1 or 2 km from your office and walk. This routine things will help your heart stay healty and strong. Believe it ?? well .. let me experience it and i will tell u after a month or two. Until then sayoss...

I believe we should have the rights to chooose. Most of us who went to Bangkok will go for massage which is very famous at Thailand. Of course we have to choose a correct massager so that we feel great after massage...but looking at my friend here...yup he have a lucky day...i think...hahaha

Pattaya & Bangkok - Thailand

First trip to Thailand. What i expected for my trip... sweet chicks and sweet a kuah's'. well.. we landed in Bangkok, driving to pattaya for another 2 hours.. reach 3 stars hotel at 12 midnight ( thailand time zone ) and binggo everyone looking for a good rest. Somehow on that particulars night we go out for foods and see see tengok tengok.. of c0urse looking for realllll chicksss...to cuci mata.
