I'm wondering what the biggest learnings are regarding the job search based on how long you've been applying to jobs. If you applied to at least one job this year, what have you learned from your experience? It can be anything from what you've learned about the job market to what you learned about yourself to how you need to position yourself. Open to absolutely any learning experience you might've had during your search, no matter how short or long.
Normally, I get 1-3, but the most I ever got was 5 😭 How about you guys?
