This weekend was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a day at the pumpkin patch. My mom was up for the weekend and in between nursing a sick little one back to good health and spending time in the kitchen, we headed for an afternoon in South West City, Mo at the "Right Choices" Pumpkin Patch. It took us about an hour to make it there, but it was so worth it! It was really a lot of fun (not just for the kddos.....I loved it) They had a cornstalk maze, teatherball, a cornbox, slides, a cowtrain, hayrides, tire swings, and lots of pumpkins to pick. The sun was shining and the three of us had such a great time. Sallie loved playing hide and seek in the cornstalk maze. She even got to pet the horse that took us for a ride. She loved every minute we were there and didn't even take an afternoon nap!
