The open house dates have been announced! We can hardly wait until May when it is dedicated. This temple is only about 10 minutes away, it will be so nice to have one so close.  We have missed having a temple nearby, as our closest one is three hours away in Orlando.

Our Sunday walks have become one of our favorite traditions. It makes it twice as nice when it's 70 degrees outside, we walk to the park down the street, feed the ducks, and hear the birds singing and creek bubbling as we walk along. I love Texas.

We got to attend a breakfast at the arboretum in Dallas. This is one of our favorite places to visit. The gardens are absolutely breathtaking.

First day of school!  These girls were way too excited for school to start this year... when I asked what was so exciting, they both said, "we get to wear our new school clothes!".  They came home raving about their teachers, and are sure it will be the best year yet.

For this violin recital, BOTH girls performed Concertos.  Memorized!  I swear Steve and I get more nervous than they do when they perform. They work so hard, it's amazing to see the end result.

Hard to believe she's already six!  What was more fitting than a posh party for this perfect princess?

It was quite the affair!  We made bracelets, decorated crowns and fairy wings, did nails and makeup, has posh pizzas and prissy parfaits, and of course a fashion show to finish it all off!

Since the boys wouldn't have enjoyed the fancy nancy party, we celebrated Claire's bday by gtaking them to see tangled.  It was awesome!

The next day she lost her front tooth, and now she really looks six!
