My trip to Florida

Image Rick was going to Florida for work and said I could tag along, so Heather, Chelsi, and I all went with our husbands to Florida with no kids. When we first got to our Hotel, the rooms were fully booked so we ended up staying with Heather & Dennis Bird. Rick is a really bad snorer so sorry for that guys. Our husbands thought it would be funny to put the beds together so we had fun taking pictures in the huge bed. Then we quickly separated them back.

Sea World

I took a million pictures, so here are a few of my favorite. The second day Heather and I went to our husbands trade show, which was really boring, so we decide to go to SeaWorld. We had a blast. We saw all the shows, the killer whales, and the dolphins, but we also saw Blake Shelton in concert there. He was amazing it was such a fun surprise. We also rode the roller coasters which I didn't really love Kraken, but it was worth going on just to say I went on it.

The next day we were with our husbands and Ryan and Chelsi joined us. We went to DisneyWorld and the Magical Kingdom. I don't have any pictures of the next two days, but we had a blast. The park was not that busy and we rode every ride even some several times. I am definitely planning a trip to Disneyland with my kids. I was feeling a little guilty for not taking them with us.

The next day we went to Hollywood Studios, I loved it. We went on the Rockin Roller Coaster so many times. That had to be my favorite ride and I loved the gift store at the end of the ride, that's where I spent all my money. That is such a money maker to have the store right after every ride. I thought who would really spend money on all this stuff, apparently I would. It was an Areosmith ride and I had to buy me a shirt and Colton drum sticks, a guitar pick and a hat. I'm was a real sucker. I even bought candy bars for my girls and never got out of the store with it. Gotta love that. When you find out in the hotel room that it never got put in the bag, but you paid for it anyway.
Also at Hollywood Studios we loved the lights, motor action show. All the shows and rides were great. Rick has to add that he was very disappointed with the Cronicles of Narina ride, correction show, correction movie trailer.

Manatees

Image
Before we flew home we jumped on the Sunshine bus and went to pet the Manatees. I didn't know what it was, until I saw the huge thing at sea world. Anyway I got in my sexy wetsuit and snorkeled around, it was actually really cool. I don't have my underwater pictures developed yet, but I got one from Dennis or (Denise). They came right up to me and rolled over and wanted me touch them. There are a lot of restrictions because they are an endangered species, you can only touch them if they come to you, you can only touch them with one hand, and it has to be on the surface of the water, stuff like that, but it was an experience. It was a fun trip. A little hard to come back to the snow after such nice weather.

Sledding

I took my kids and some of their friends to the golf course to go sledding. They had so much fun, even though they were frozen from head to toe, they didn't want to leave. It really is a great place to go sledding.

Can you believe I have a boy old enough to pass the sacrament! Colton turned 12 on Jan 13th, and I'm still trying to figure out where all the time went. I still think I'm 20 maybe 24 at times, but no I have a young man. Colton is such a good kid, he helps around the house and never gets into trouble, he bring such joy into our home. Colton is the best at guitar hero, I really need to get him taking guitar lessons, he is great at sports and does well in school I am very proud of Colton. I love you Bud!!!
