Our time in Great Falls went well and we had a wonderful time. Lots of time was spent at the State Fair observing what Weston and Bryce had entered. They did well and they still have some events coming up. Of course, we had to eat at Dave's favorite place - The El Camador-the home of the fluffy taco. I got to go to the Taco Treat too, which is my favorite. We also spent the evening with Dave's sister and brother in law, which was fun.

It is fun checking out the changes that are going on. There seems to still be lots of growth going on and lots of building of new businesses.

July 23, we are in Great Falls and having fun just checking out the changes here. Many, many changes and many new businesses!

Happy 14th Birthday, Tiana

It was only yesterday that we got a call telling us that we had a new baby granddaughter and there hasn't been a much more exciting time in our life than becoming grandparents. Now that little baby has grown up into a nice young lady. Where have the years gone. Anyway, Tiana, we wish you a very happy birthday and a good year ahead. Lots of love from G'ma and G'pa!

Monday

We travelled across Washington, the Idaho Panhandle and tonight we are sleeping under Montana's Big Sky (in a motel!), It has been a long day and also a very hard one. It was hard to say "goodbye" to our family and pull out of their driveway. But I am sure that we will be back sooner than later. As we rode along and were getting further and further from Oregon, I was feeling pretty sad too! We have many very dear friends there that we will miss, but going forward we are anxious to see family in Montana too.

Saying Good-bye

We left one adventure -- a sweet one at that -- for a new one! We left our home in Oregon to head for parts unknown. Watch for us, we may be headed your way! You have been warned!
