Finally, introducing Kennedy Marie!! She was born on May 3rd at 5:09pm. She weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces (my biggest baby) and was 20 inches long. The birth story was pretty simple, just the way I like it. My due date was Friday was May 10th, but since early on in my pregnancy I was planning on getting induced a week early. My OB had told me when I was 8 weeks along, that she had no problem inducing me a week early, especially with
Taylor's quick delivery. I knew that come 39 weeks, I would be so ready to be done being pregnant and I was!!
VERY early, Friday morning Russ and I headed over to Good Samaritan hospital to start my induction. We got to the hospital a little after 5am. I got admitted and by 6:15, my Pitocin was started. I needed to get to 2 rounds of antibiotics before I delivered and the antibiotics needed to be 4 hours apart, so they didn't break my water at this time. At around 12, I got my epidural, even though my contractions weren't painful yet, but in preparation for the doctor to come in and break my water a few minutes later. The doctor came by at around 4:15 and "checked" me, I was close to being "complete." They turned me on my other side and by 4:45, I was feeling lots of pressure. :)
They called the doctor to come and have a baby. They got all set-up and when they gave me the go ahead to start pushing, I gave 2 pushes and there she was! My sweet baby girl! I couldn't believe that it only took 2 pushes, I was getting ready for the half hour long pushing session and wham-bahm she was here! It was great! So, like I said nothing exciting at all...just like my labor and delivery with Lindsey pain free and a great experience. I sure do love my epidurals!! :) The only downside was that I was "laboring" all day long. I thought (and told everyone) that I would have a quick delivery...I guess I had to eat my words just a little bit!!

| Lindsey-she was so excited to meet her new sister |
 |
| Taylor was refusing to take a picture with Lindsey and Kennedy. This was the only way she would "hold" Kennedy, right by me. |
 |
| Later that evening, Katie came by with Logan. We had to get a picture of Logan and Kennedy together. They are 10 days apart! Kennedy looks huge next to Logan and he's 10 days older!! |

| The next day, the girls came back to visit and Taylor was in a much better mood. We finally got a picture of the girls all together. |
 |
| We left 23 hours after she was born. It was time to get home and be with my girls, before they left for Grand Junction the next day. |
 |
| A few days later, Logan and Kennedy. They look a little bit more comparable in size. |

| A little "sleeping smile" for Aunt Ray |
Life has been great the last 2 weeks. Just adjusting and getting used to this new addition to our family. My mother in law took the girls to Grand Junction for a week. Kennedy and I got to hang-out everyday without the girls driving me crazy. It was really nice to have that time with my little girl. Russ and I then drove to Grand Junction the next Friday to get the girls, introduce Kennedy to the rest of the Moses family, and get pictures taken. Now, we have been home as a family of 5, this past week and it has been fun. I'm sure we will have lots of adjusting still to do. I am so grateful for this precious little girl, she brings so much happiness to our home.
