4th of July Celebration!

Silver Lakes had a little party at North Beach on Saturday and Sunday for the 4th of July we headed over and let the kids play for a while and then on Sunday night the 4th we watched the fireworks.

Danielle's visit to Cali

My niece Danielle got to come visit us July 4th weekend. We had so much fun with her. She is such a cute girl. We got to take her to the beach and Sea World.

Family fun

When we were in Utah we got to spend a lot of time with family, which was my highlight! I got to see my cousin that I haven't seen in years! It was nice to see her and talk with her again. We also got to go to the Manti pageant while we were there.

Strawberry Days

We had so much fun taking the kids to Strawberry Days. We hadn't been back for Strawberry Days since Davin was a baby. The kids thought it was a lot of fun and had a good time seeing good ole PG High.

Happy Birthday Amrika!

Amrika celebrated her 9th birthday on Friday! We had a fun night celebrating with her friends. It was a house packed with a bunch of girls but it was super fun! We are so proud of Amrika and all that she has done so far in life. She is such a good example and role model for everyone. I am so glad she is in our family and she saves me from the days that I am tired of being around the grumpy boys in our family. Love ya, Amrika!

LeT's PaRtY!!!!

Amrika had a birthday party with 10 of her closest friends on Thursday, which was also the last day of school. They had pizza, jumped on the jump house, painted fingernails and toenails, ate ice cream cake and watched movies until everyone fell asleep. They all had lots of fun! I am so glad Amrika has such good friends. I hope she always chooses good examples as friends.

Davin's gap smile

My kids have continually reminded me how old I am this week. Davin graduating from Kindergarten, Amrika turning 9 and going to be in 4th grade next year!! And Davin loosing his first loose tooth. It all happened so fast...about a week ago Davin's tooth was wiggling and then one day I was doing my makeup and Amrika walks in with Davin saying Davin lost his tooth and sure enough Davin had it in his hand. He was super excited to have finally lost a tooth and to have the tooth fairy bring him some money for his tooth.

Fathers and sons campout

Last week was Fathers and sons, this a day our whole family looks forward to. The boys love going camping with dad and Amrika and I enjoy a girls night with no boys! Amrika and I went and got pedicures and went out to eat at Panda Express. Then had some friends over for a while before we went to bed. Now back to the boys they went camping with the word up by Barstow somewhere. It was really windy (notice the picture of Titus eating his hot dog how much his hair is blowing to the side.) and no one could put up their tents so they all slept in their cars or trailers if they had one. Other then that they had a fun time! They woke up and had breakfast went on a hike and came home.

Our New House

We found a new house to rent that is still in our area it is about a mile and a half where we use to live. The lady we were renting the old house from has been trying to sell the house for the last few months and I was getting really annoyed by all the people that would just come knock on the door wanting to see the house all the time. So we found this house that we have really enjoyed. We felt at home right away. It is not close to everything around here like our old house that is the only downside but it is so quiet here and we got TREES in our fenced, grassed backyard!! The kids and Belle love it! Amrika and Davin decided they wanted to share a room rather than the boys share because Titus is a pain to sleep with, he stays up for hours talking and still wakes up early. Poor Davin was exhausted every morning. This house is smaller than our last house but I like it and it is a $100 a month cheaper!

Seaworld

To celebrate Davin's birthday we went to Seaworld the next day. We hadn't been to Seaworld since Davin was one so it was fun for us all and what made it even better is that grandma and grandpa were there with us.
