Happy Halloween!

We had a busy day today as we went to lunch, PumpkinFest in downtown Franklin and then home for the girls to nap. Once the girls woke up, we headed over to the Elam's house for Halloween night. We all had lots of fun hanging out with sweet friends, eating chili, trick or treating, and enjoying too much candy! The girls were so cute going from house to house. Lainie really enjoyed Halloween for the first time this year, and was so excited about her costume. Emmie just wanted a lollipop in her mouth at all times!

Here they are....my little kitty cat and duck! These pictures are from last weekend when we went to the fall festival at the Rec Center down the street. The girls had lots of fun trick or treating, playing games, and painting pumpkins!

I do have to say that the pictures really do Emmie absolutely no justice! I wish I could download video of her in her costume. If you could see her waddling around, you would not be able to overcome the cuteness! She is almost too much to handle! :) Of course, it also goes without saying that we think Lainie is the cutest kitty cat around!

Gentry's Farm

We have had a fun-filled weekend this weekend with the girls! We had a birthday party, a fall festival, went to visit the pumpkin patch, and had a neighborhood chili party. The girls were both exhausted tonight! I am posting some of our pics from Gentry's Farm today. I would love to post the cuteness that occurred at the fall festival last night, but I am holding on to those pictures until next weekend. No sneak peeks of their costumes just yet! I will have to say that I almost couldn't go to sleep last night due to the level of cuteness! :)

Thanks so a special someone we know, the girls have more Halloween outfits than there are days in the month of October! Here are a couple of pics in another Halloween outfit. We literally wear a different one everyday. :)

These sweet girls are truly becoming friends and are so cute together. I hope they stay close and always stand by each other. I love that my girls have a sister to love. I am so grateful for such an amazing sister in my life! Lainie definitely has an amazing namesake in Kimie!
