Ellie's Birthday Celebration

Instead of doing a party this year for Ellie's birthday, we decided just to do something fun as a family to celebrate. I have learned through the years that not only are birthdays expensive, but they are really more for the adults than the kids at this age. I feel like I am getting wiser as I get older. ;)

Ready for her big day and wondering where we are going!

First stop....in order to celebrate the big day, we took Ellie to McAllister's for lunch where she got an individual pizza.

Afterwards, we took the girls to Monkey Joe's. It was perfect for her. Ellie is our wild, energetic, fearless, go-getter. She loved, loved running around with her sisters and jumping until her heart was content.

While at Monkey Joe's, she tasted her very first Icee. It is safe to say that she liked it!

Just in case the girls had not consumed enough sugar that day, we left and went to Sweet Cece's for some frozen yogurt. Ellie ate it up!

As you can see, Ellie approved of her big day! She was so happy. :)

Happy 2nd Birthday to Ellie!!

She is sassy, yet sweet, independent and strong-willed. She is feisty, fearless and so funny. She loves baby dolls, playing ball, stealing her sister's toys, and going on any adventure outside. She is our Lynleigh Ellison, our Ellie, our Elles, our Belle-Belle. Happy Birthday to our very favorite 2 year old in the whole world!
