{DIVA}

Image Image Image Image Image {Our little Maggie has turned into quite the DIVA. She has to get ready everyday, which usually requires make-up. She actually does a really good job with the mascara. I caught her the other day 'getting ready'. A few weeks ago, before church Maggie was coloring at the table, dressed and ready. I asked Jake to put the kids in the car. The next thing I knew Maggie was in my bathroom with blue washable marker all over her lips. She wanted to wear 'lippy' to church. My camera battery was dead, i wish I had a pic of it. It was so funny! }

{My Parents got in Wednesday afternoon. I wasn't about to cook after cooking for two straight days, so we headed into Tempe and ate some yummy food. It was all decorated for Christmas. I love how festive everything is out here, even without the not-missed snow! :) It was a fun night} Image Image {When I was uploading photos from the camera this is what I found! Kaiden LOVES to take picutes...what a fun surprise, here are some of the ones I found!:)} Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image

{LET THE COOKING BEGIN}

{Tuesday and Wednesday I spent all day cooking and cleaning. I wasn't sure if I was going to really enjoy it or not. I haven't really ever done anything like this before, but I put on some music and enjoyed every minute of it. I was so proud of myself for cooking my own Turkey this year. I was very nervous it wouldn't turn out, but it was amazing. I marinated it all day Tuesday and then cooked it all day Wednesday--I then carved it and it sat in it juice/marinade until the next day---seriously the BEST and most FLAVORFUL Turkey EVER. It wasn't very traditional, but it was SOOOOO good and I loved that I did it ahead of time, no cooking and carving on THANKSGIVING, it made the day so much more enjoyable. I did most of the cooking and baking days before so Thankgiving day was a stress free breeze!} Image Image Image Image Image Image {Maggie loves to help me clean, I really appreciate her help. She does a great job!}
