To make a long story short...

Woke up for work yesterday, was spotting and cramping, spent the morning in the ER, got an ultrasound, babies are doing GREAT, still bleeding a bit and cramping, on bed rest until it stops... Got a blessing from Sam and our home teacher, feel the prayers of friends and family, know everything will be ok... Just keep praying! P.S. I put one of those poll thingys on the right... we should find out in about a month what these little stinkers are. (well, yes, I know they are babies! I mean the genders!) Just interested to see what ya'll think since I have NO CLUE! (And I have no idea why the text is so small or why the "who's voted" is gray... I can't figure it out! Help anyone?)

2 Special Babies...

In all the excitement of finding out about our twins, I neglected to post pictures of the visits I had with two other VERY important babies! Tiffany & Avery came to visit over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. We had so much fun relaxing, taking walks, and playing with the baby! Avery and Pepper were best friends. She was about 7 1/2 months old here... what a fun age! Later that month I took a 3 day weekend to go and meet my nephew Luke for the first time. He is so cute and SO tiny since he was born 3 weeks early! I know babies are so much fun when they start talking and smiling but I absolutely LOVE newborns! It was so fun to hold him and feed him. Luke is such a handsome little guy... I also, as always, enjoyed the time with Amanda, Jae, Taylor & Carly. Family time is the best! I wasn't able to help out as much with Luke as I have with the other two when they were infants because I'm so exhausted! Sorry Amanda!

Making up for lost time...

Sam & I went to our 2nd doctor appointment today and I've decided that I should finally post more information about my pregnancy! I am 10 weeks and 3 days along and my official due date is September 1st. We were lucky enough to have another ultrasound today and saw something quite shocking.... TWO BABIES!!!!!! Yes, you read that right... TWINS!!!! And as shocked as you feel, you can imagine how shocked Sam and I are! After all... we already had an ultrasound... had no idea that one little stinker was hiding! The Dr. couldn't get a good picture of both babies because of how they are positioned but here is what we got: "Baby A" (You can see the other gestational sac) "Baby B" (Upside down!) "Baby B" & "Baby A's" head This proves that Heavenly Father has a sense of humor... and all I've been able to do since I found out is laugh! I couldn't be more grateful, terrified, excited, nervous, etc... so many mixed feelings...
