Random iphone pictures

Apparently I like to take pictures of my flowers because most of these are my yard. Also my dog. He makes lots of appearances. Oh well, Mom will like the update. :)

When we went camping, we starting packing at about 8:30. Colby got in the car then and pretty much never got out until we left at 12. It was hysterical. He was NOT getting left.

Mom and Rachel sent me this of Colby's brother Oliver on his birthday.

No matter what I'm doing Colby likes to be right in the middle. I was trying to fold clothes here, and Colby wasn't having it. He laid right in my folding spot.

Drew and Lindsay get hitched

Image

We had so much fun helping Lindsay and Drew celebrate their wedding in Eastman, GA! We got to see many old friends and make some new ones as well. We're happy to finally have Lindsay in Atlanta with us!

My friend Susan. I miss her so much! She's moved from Atlanta and I miss her every day!

Low Country Boil

Friday night, Adam and I hosted a low country boil for Charlie's birthday. I was not convinced it would be very good, but I was wrong. I thought it was wonderful and we got a lot of compliments. To make the evening a little more exciting, we lost power about 30 minutes before everyone was supposed to get here due to a storm. It rained most of the evening, but we flexed and ate under our car port. Also, we used a propane turkey fryer to cook the food, so we weren't effected by power at all. It worked out so well! I would venture to say this will be the first of many low country boils for the Garners. It was such a fun night with friends sitting under the carport with it raining all around us.

We're so proud!

My baby brother graduated from college in May! We are SO proud of him! He's a bright fellow and I seriously couldn't be happier to see him persevere and finish strong. If you ever need a mediator, I know where you can find one. I had the privilege of being in Auburn with him my last year of pharmacy school. I'm so glad we could have that time together! Great job Chris!

Auburn thought it would be a good idea to have graduation in the football stadium. They haven't done that in 60 years. We realized why on graduation day. Paramedics strolled the aisles and handed out waters and advice. Chris spent most of graduation in the locker room then came out to get his diploma. Then we left. It was terribly hot. I'm guessing it will be 60 years until everyone forgets what a bad idea it is before they graduate outside again.

Dad had my favorite quote of the weekend. As we were walking up to the stadium he turned around with his hands in the air and said, "We did it!!!!" So true, Dad, so true.
