Here are a few pictures of her visit with Santa along with her in Christmas pj's from G.G and a Christmas outfit that Grammie made. Enjoy!! Oh and Maymie was a big help getting Kelvey to smile. Take a look!

3 months Update

Well our sweet baby is 3 months old! I can't believe it. We have been very busy since basketball has started. Kelvey has enjoyed her first basketball games. She is so good during the games, she loves watching the guys run up and down the court.
We had a great Thanksgiving at Aunt Michele's and Uncle Lewis's house. They did a great job on the food with a little help from Mom and Dad. We enjoyed spending time with family. Kelvey and I really enjoyed extra Daddy time especially, and Bristol got a new bed. Thanks Daddy!!

Kelvey had her first photo session today. She did great considering we had three changes of clothes and they spent over an hour with us, which is very long for the 3 month old baby. But I think we got some great photos.
Kelvey continues to smile a lot, roll over from stomach to back, and she is even starting to babble a little. I continue to love staying home and watch her grow each day. With Christmas coming I am doing some sewing, so watch for some cute outfits coming up.
Tomorrow is Rylee's birthday party, pictures with Santa, and dinner with Friends is will be busy but several photo opportunities I am sure.
Have a great weekend and enjoy the photo's
Stacey

Update 11 Weeks old

We had so much fun at Aunt Dee Dee's for Halloween. I know I am a little behind but things have been a little crazy. My mom's parents and Troy's mom have been here and yes craft fairs have started up again, so we have been helping with that as much as we can. Its a bit harder with a little one. Kelvey continues to do great. And I am enjoying every minute of being home with her. In fact I am going to stay home the rest of the year so no more teaching at least for this year. She is getting so big and it goes so fast. I can't believe she is almost 3 months old.

Basketball season has started and the Commandos have their first game tomorrow. It's about to get very busy with games and Ron's school but we love every minute of it. Well at least the basketball part. I hope you enjoy the new pictures! Have a great day!

2 month check up

Kelvey had her two month checkup today and she is doing great. She weighs 9lbs. 4 oz and is
21 1/4 inches long. She had to have some shots today and Mommy was really nervous. Kelvey did cry( with tears) but I think it was harder on Mommy than it was her. Right now she is past out in her swing recoving from her stressful morning and I think Mommy is going to do the same. I don't have any pictures to post today but I wanted to be sure everyone got the Dr. update.
Have a Great day!

Kentucky Trip

Kelvey had her second Kentucky trip last weekend and we had so much fun.
She went to Coach Daddy's school to the fall festival and saw a huge pumpkin. She also got to experience her first campfire. It was so relaxing! We had a great time! Thanks Daddy for taking us on a new adventure!

Fun things

I am starting to fit into some of my bigger, more fun clothes. Dee Dee bought me my first camo. outfit so I thought I would share the pictures. Also, Daddy even thinks my toys are fun than I do right now. Oh and don't forget my first nascar shirt. It says speed! I wonder who will buy me my first racecar? Take a look! Enjoy!

7 weeks old

Well Kelvey is now seven weeks old and is doing great! I love staying home and watch her grow. Kelvey has been on two road trips already, one to Kentucky and the other to Knoxville. She does really well in the car. I was little nervous going to Knoxville just because Ron wasn't with us in case she needed to be calmed down. But no worries we made it there and back with a sleeping baby girl. Last night we had a birthday party for Owen( Ron's cousin's little boy). He turned 3 on Monday. We had a lot of fun but Kelvey must have partied to hard. We got home took a bath and ate and didn't hear a peep out of her until 7:30. I couldn't believe it. Then she went back to sleep until 11:30. She was a very sleepy girl today. I think we are going to try to make it to Kentucky again this weekend and to Knoxville the next. We are going to be very busy. Enjoy

6 Weeks

Well Kelvey is now six weeks and continues to amaze us. Today she rolled over for the first time without any help. I can't believe she is big enough to do that. She continues to sleep well at night in her bed all night long. Ron had off today so we enjoyed spending extra Daddy time even tough he had to do some school work part of the day. Anyways I think that is about all the new news this week. I will continue to update later.

Road Trip

We took our first road trip to Kentucky this weekend. You should have seen all the stuff we packed. Traveling sure is different with a baby. Ron's Grandmother has a big birthday coming up so we went to celebrate with her, family and friends. We had a great time. Kelvey had several "firsts" a road trip, birthday party, sitting on a hay bail and sleeping away from home ( which went well). Here are some pictures of our busy weekend. Happy Birthday Grandmother!

Week 5

Image
Image
Well Kelvey is 5 weeks old and is doing great. She is now sleeping in her bed all night and waking up once to eat. It is great for mommy! She seems to enjoy her bed. It is also birthday week so we have been celebrating all week and will continue to do so this weekend. Kelvey loves to set in her bouncy seat and sleep during the day with the blanket her Great-Grandma made her. She also got a new play gym this week that she is starting to play with. Of course she rather be held than lay on the floor but play is fun too, when she awake( which is still not that often). We went and saw a new friend(Gabi) yesterday and yes mommy forgot to take a picture. Maybe I will remember next time. Gabi was born Saturday to proud parents Bart and Theresa Witsman and big sister Dani. I will post more pictures of the weekend later.
Enjoy

Wow!! Kelvey and I had a very busy week and we are glad the weekend is here to slow us down a little. Kelvey continues to do well and she has even begun sleeping in her crib. The past 2 nights she has slept in her crib for most of the night, getting up once to eat. Mommy and Daddy are so happy. WE just hope she continues. We put some more finishing touches to her room, (curtains). They are beautiful! Thank you Lois for making the curtains and doing such a great job and Harv for installing them. We couldn't be more happy with how they look. I will post pictures later for all to see. Now we will start hanging pictures of Kelvey and other items to complete her room. Have a great week!

4 Week Update

Good day to all! I can't believe out little girl is one month old! She continues to do well and is growing fast, probably because she thinks it is time to eat every time she is awake. Kelvey continues to sleep well. We are up to about 5 1/2 hours at night, some better than others. She is starting to be awake more during the day which is fun to watch all her expressions. She has had a few fussy times but nothing we can't handle. I don't think she likes for me to eat greens. Anyway things are great in the Sarver household. I hope all is well. I will post more pictures later in the week.

3 Week Dr Appt.

Today Kelvey is 3 weeks old and we just got back from the Doctor. We got great news. We were hoping she weighed 6 lbs. Well she weighed 6lbs 6 oz. and 191/2 inches long. Way to go Baby Girl!! She is growing fast. She changes almost daily. Oh and I forgot her belly button is finally normal. I was really happy when it feel off on Sunday. I was sick of cleaning it especially during night feedings. Anyways, she can start sleeping through the night without me waking her up every 3-4 hours. She pretty much wakes me up anyways but I haven't let her go more than 4 hours. We will see if it changes anything. Alright got to go Kelvey is ready to eat.

Introducing Kelvey Lynn

Kelvey is here. She arrived on Tuesday morning in a whirlwind. My water broke at 7:15 and I called Ron to start home. After that it was crazy. We pulled out of the drive way at 7:40 with a very strong contraction. I thought we had plenty of time except we hit rush hour traffic. At this time I my contractions were very close together and painful. We got to the hospital at 8:05 thanks to the help of police officer escorting us. By 8:12 I was in the delivery room and Kelvey was born at 8:29, on August 28th. She was 5 pounds 1 and half ounces 17 and half inches long.
