Let Speakers Edit Their Profile

Collecting information from your speakers doesn’t have to mean endless emails. Save time by letting speakers edit their own profiles directly in Sched.

How Speakers Edit Their Profile
Speakers can update their information anytime through their Settings page. It’s the same access with any roles; they can edit their profile when they loging to the event and click edit profile on to right. Image 2025 09 11T015153.849

Inviting All Speakers at Once #

  1. Go to the Control Panel.

  2.  From the Communication tab, click Messages

  3. Select People to Invite.

  4. Toggle on the speakers you’re ready to invite.

Re-Inviting Speakers #

If a speaker can’t find their invite or forgot their login details, here’s how to help:

      • Password Reset
        From the edit page of a speaker’s profile, go to Message → Send Password Reset
      • Direct Login Link / Invite
          Available only if the account is not yet active (the speaker hasn’t logged in before).
        👉 If you don’t see this option in your Control Panel, use one of the methods below instead. 
      • Active Accounts
        • Speakers can reset their password anytime at:
           yourevent.sched.com/password-reset

        • If your event uses Single Sign-On (SSO), they must log in with the same email address added to the event.
