7 Reasons Why I’m One Lucky Girl:
1) My sweet hubby came to Massachusetts over the weekend to enjoy some relaxing time with me, to see the area where I have pretty much lived for the past 10 weeks – and (the real reason) to keep me from having to log 10 hours of flying time in a span of 3 days!
2) My husband is the sweetest! Aaron is the most caring and considerate person I know. He’s so good at taking care of me and my many needs. I must have done something right to have the honor of calling him my eternal companion …
3) I have one of the best jobs anyone could ask for. Full stop.
4) My co-worker offered me a pair of tickets to go see the Red Sox vs. Athletics game with my sweet hubby.
5) We got to watch a ball game at The Fenway Park! Not only did we go to Fenway, we sat in some of the best seats in the park and cheered for a team that Aaron loves to hate! You see, Aaron is a huge Yankees fan (and I have to admit, I like the boys in pinstripes too), but that didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the Green Monster in person! … and from me buying a Red Sox t-shirt to make sure we blended in with all the Boston crazies!
6) We got to visit another one of the Lord’s holy temples. And, just like every other temple, it is beautiful and the grounds are magnificent.
7) While we finished up our time walking around the temple grounds, Aaron put his arm around me and pulled me in tight. In the silence of our embrace, we expressed our love for one another and had a common understanding of just how fortunate we are to be sealed together – forever.
Keeping my list to 7 means I’m extra lucky, right!?
