Meet Katie!

Many of you may have already met our shop-girl, Katie! If not, I asked her to tell you all about herself...

Hi Ya’ll! My name is Katie Costello and I am SO incredibly excited to be a part of the wonderful store of Riffraff! I started working about a month and half ago and have absolutely loved every minute of it!

I am a Texas girl but have grown to love this wonderful state. Where else can you learn to ride a four-wheeler, shoot a rifle, catch a fish, and call the hogs? I was also a vegetarian my whole life before moving to Fayetteville...but I guess some good southern cooking will change that! I am currently a junior at the University of Arkansas majoring in Marketing, and minoring in Music. I live with 4 girls in the Kappa Kappa Gamma house who are the most wonderful best friends I could ever ask for!

I LOVE… singing, painting, being goofy w/ friends, growing deeper in my relationship with Christ, rick’s tie dye cookies, playing guitar, peppermint lattes, movies, running trails, decorating, music, a good book, snuggies, organizing, my two chubby golden retrievers, dressing up, quotes, fashion, and my most wonderful family!

Featured Contributor of the Week! Lauren Sullivant!

One of my most favorite people I have had the pleasure of getting to know over the past couple years is dear friend, Lauren Sullivant! She is a wonderful person with a very warm, caring heart and fabulous personality! She surprises me with her hilarious comments and “stories” everyday! If you read MY blog you already know Lauren is a good friend of mine and part of our “Wine Club” but what you don’t know is that Lauren is one artistic little miss! Lauren is quite the scrapbook extraordinaire and has recently launched her personalized scrapbooks and canvases for sale here at Riffraff! I w=asked Lauren to come up with a paragraph to describe herself to our followers and here she is! Introducing… the fabulous Miss. Lauren Sullivant!...

“I am from Mountain Home, Arkansas a senior in the elementary education program and getting my MAT next year. I have a shih tzu named Paisley! Love of my life! I love all things crafty! I can never have enough glitter or rhinestones! Pink is my favorite color. I love inspirational quotes. My favorite one is: "She designed a life she loved." I am a sucker for reality shows. I think everyone should scrapbook because it gives you a chance to capture that one moment that is so special because if you don't scrapbook it you may forget it. I love photography. Happy people. Candy corn. Coats and chocolate! My fiancée is a loan officer for Arvest bank in Kansas City and we are getting married May 28th, 2011! “
