I spent the beginning and end of my trip to Australia at my good friend Phil's house in Brisbane, together with his wife Annie and their boys Rob and Paddy, mainly slobbing around although we did manage a few trips out.

I took a little plane 750 kms inland from Brisbane to the little town of Charleville which, as well as having a flying doctor station and a nifty selection of art deco buildings also has the cosmos centre.
