tehee, finally settled for ECP when his precious babe feels like eating seafood !
instead of having the usual stigray, prawns, oyster omelette and fried lala
the couple had sth different this time round :)

to get some ingredients for the curry chicken cooking :)

this is all u ever need to whip up a pot of hot piping curry chicken
Curry chicken powder, 1 kampong chicken & chunks of potatoes.

u can get this dish prepared easily within 30 mins,
but caca use abt 1 hour to get it done.
simply because i wanted the chicken meat and potato to be tendered enough.


Note :
Only add in the coconut milk about 5 minutes before u served.
boil over low heat.
prolonged boiling might actually spoilt it :)


and whilst waiting for the curry chicken to be ready,
babyy fried some poach eggs for us to go along :)

and YAY, we got some french loaves from delifrance to dip with the curry.

after 1 hours, 3 bowls of hot piping curry chicken is being served,

and the emollience cream tt really hyrates dried skin ...

after much consideration
caca decided to purchase thy hydrating b5 gel :)


glad tt i managed to get it at cost price, coz tat means i save like SGD 50 !

cause she hasnt been exposed to authentic korea dishes before, tehee
lucky sis is there to tell her whats this and whats tat !

and whilst we are enjoying in the fiesta of the appetizer
the waitress had thy meats start grilling !

and after 10 minutes or so, the meat is grilled to perfection !
cut and placed on thy upper part of the grilled to keep it warm
