Participants Must Choose One of The Following Themes:
THEME ONE
Hackathon Theme – Fintech & Digital Wealth Track
Theme
Identify a real-world problem within the financial sector and build an innovative digital solution that
can evolve into a startup or company, providing solutions for personal or business finance, economic
empowerment, and expense management, with measurable impact.
1. Identify the Financial Problem
Choose one or more real problems in finance that individuals, businesses, or communities face
today.
The following are only examples to guide you..
Personal finance management (budgeting, savings, investments)
Access to banking, loans, or credit for underbanked populations
Digital payments and transaction challenges
Financial literacy and wealth-building guidance
Accounting, cash-flow, or payment tracking for small businesses
Risk management, fraud prevention, or transparency in finance
Administrative or operational inefficiencies in financial services
Requirements:
Develop a novel or improved solution with the potential to become a startup or
scalable product.
The problem should be under-addressed, overlooked, or inefficiently solved.
Key Expectations:
If similar solutions already exist, clearly identify what they lack and propose improvements that add
real value
Technology
Participants are free to select any technology to develop their solution. Examples include:
1. Web-based application
2. Mobile application (iOS / Android)
3. Desktop application
4. Natural Language Processing (e.g., intelligent financial advisors, automated reporting)
5. Computer Vision (e.g., invoice scanning, document verification)
6. Machine Learning / Deep Learning (e.g., risk analysis, predictive financial modeling)
7. Agentic AI (autonomous financial assistants)
8. DevOps / CI-CD pipelines (for scalable fintech platforms)
9. Blockchain (e.g., payments, smart contracts, secure records)
10. Data analytics & insights (e.g., spending trends, market analysis)
11. Automation tools (e.g., accounting, payroll, workflow automation)
Deliverables
Video (1–2 minutes) explaining your solution, and its
potential impact
Brief document highlighting technical details and implementation strategy
GitHub repository link containing your code, files, and supporting materials
Deployment (optional but a plus): If possible, deploy your solution on a web server,
cloud platform, or mobile store to demonstrate real-world usability
THEME TWO
Hackathon Theme – Education Track
Theme
“Identify a real-world problem within the education sector and build an innovative digital
solution that can evolve into an education-focused startup or company, improving learning
systems, accessibility, and educational outcomes with measurable impact.”
Identify the Educational Problem
Choose one or more real problems in education that people face today.
The following are only examples to help you think…
Schools, colleges, or universities
Teaching or learning methods
Exams, assessments, or student performance
Access to education in rural or underserved areas
Skill development or career preparation
Administrative or management issues in educational institutions
Requirements:
Develop a novel or improved solution with the potential to become a startup or scalable product.

online learning platforms).
