My brother and his family just left. I miss them already; especially my little T. Taylor and Seja (my other niece) make me so happy. They give me baby time!
Thankfully, I came to terms with never having a baby awhile ago and thanks to the boys, I feel fulfilled. They definitely keep us busy and we have sooo much fun. The best is when it stops raining after 40 days (such as now) and we can actually get them outside to play. That whole family is into sports and luckily so am I, so we often play baseball, basketball, etc.
Kids make you feel young again. It's fun watching them and remembering back to when you were a kid yourself. You had no worries, life just was a blast.
Fortunately life still is a blast; sometimes I forget this, but then I just smack myself in the face and keep going.
So I have great news!
Lindsay and I are going to Calgary in August to visit Heather!!!! Can't wait!!! And I have no worries about traveling as I'll still be in Canada AND the oxygen is free. When we do get to Vegas - which we are aiming for September to go - I have to pay $200 since it's outside Canada.
I love that I have so much to look forward to. Can't believe May's almost over. The puppies are 3 months old and a lot of fun. Overwhelming at times...makes me so happy that Griffin is 2.5 years old and trained :)
Went to a new hairstylist on Friday the 13th. Now, usually that is a good day for me...but I don't know what drugs she was on but she screwed my hair. I ran back to my usual girl with my tail between my legs to fix it. But to be fair I wanted to find a stylist in the city as that's where I spend most of my time. Expensive lesson. But a lesson learned.
As far as my health, it continues to be stable. I have been getting a lot of infections, but nothing some big fat ass pills can't take care of. No hospital stays for me so far this year. So how can I complain?
