Di's Digi Designs - It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas Challenge

The current Di's Digi Designs Challenge is It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas.  I'm joining the fun today with one of Di's adorable digital images called Winter Carols. The image was colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut and adhered to the background with dimension tape.  I created a galaxy background for another card recently and had this piece left.  I love the effect! I created the snowy scene with Stitched Cloudline and Country Landscape die cuts from Memory Box.  Wink of Stella was applied to the edges for sparkle.    The card was finished with silver stars and a sentiment from Stampin' Up! Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #298 Anything "Mo" Goes

I'm sharing an Anniversary card with the current Mo's Digital Challenge featuring one of my favorite Mo Manning images - Tom and Tilly . The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with baby oil.  I fussy cut the image and layered it with dimension foam onto a galaxy background.   I experimented with the "grass" by layering various sizes of die cut circles.  It's difficult to see, but I like the effect and will try it again! My Favorite Things Color and Sketch Challenges

I'm joining the current sketch and color challenges with a fun birthday shaker card.  My card features the retired Happy Bday Centerpiece die.  I have never been very successful with shaker cards, but thought this die would be perfect.  The finished card is 5x7 which is larger than I normally create, but it really ended up nice! I incorporated the current colors with the sequins and sentiment strip from BB Greetings Galore set. Power Poppy Creative Confetti Challenge - Let It Snow!

I couldn't resist joining the Winter Time/Let it Snow challenge at Power Poppy.  The recent winter release is perfect for this challenge.  Who could resist this adorable Bernard Bear image??   I picked up some digital images with their Black Friday Weekend sale with 30% of digis.  The snowy cabin digital image was printed onto Stampin' Up card stock and colored with Copic Markers.  I also highlighted the snow with Icicle Stickles then sponged a cloudy sky with Memento ink and a scalloped die cut. Bernard Bear from Forest Fellas was also printed onto SU cardstock, colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut and adhered to the snowy scene.  I just love him!  Marcella's details are so fabulous, down to a watch on his arm! Your Next Stamp Challenge #152 Trios and Sketch Saturday

Happy Thanksgiving!  I was able to sneak in a little crafty time today and join a couple of fun challenges.  I recently purchased the adorable Photo Booth set from YNS and it paired perfectly with the Sketch Saturday challenge.  I'm hoping that the three panels from the sketch will satisfy the "trios" for YNS.  :) The cute pup and cat were colored with Copic markers and layered onto papers from Echo Park Birthday Wishes paper pad.  A coordinating sentiment from the set finishes the slimline card design.
