Scheduled - Our team will be performing both operating system and Dashboard software upgrades during this maintenance window. During this time, the Dashboard at https://dashboard.arcusvps.net/ may be intermittently unavailable or may not allow logins.

It is extremely unlikely that the Gen5 Dashboard will be unavailable for the entire maintenance window, but we want to be transparent and keep customers informed.

For the evening of this scheduled maintenance only, if you need urgent assistance, please email our Legacy support system at help@arcustech.com and include your Gen5 server name and the IP address of your VPS server so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If your request is not urgent, we kindly ask that you wait until the maintenance window has completed so you can submit your ticket through the Gen5 support system as usual.
