Google Cloud Services Outages

Google services have stabilized, and all systems appear to be functioning as expected. Any previously failed tests will automatically re-run at their next scheduled date and time.

We’ve identified that tests are currently not running reliably due to intermittent outages with Google Cloud services. As a result, some tests may temporarily fail to run or be skipped during their scheduled times. We are actively working with Google to resolve the issue and will restore full functionality as soon as possible. 

We have identified that the issue is related to the Google Cloud Platform and are actively working with Google to implement a resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue related to Google Cloud Platform services. As a result, login access to the CheckView dashboard may be temporarily disrupted.

Test Inbox Validation Service Impact on Test Flows

The inbox validation service has been fully restored and is now operating normally. Our team will continue to monitor its performance to ensure ongoing stability.

The team has made our email testing platform validation more robust even when emails take up to one hour to appear.  This has resolved the issue.
