AUD Fiat Wallet Vendor Monoova Scheduled Maintenance

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - One of our AUD fiat wallet vendor "Monoova" will be undergoing maintenance 1:00AM(AEDT) on 14th December 2025 to 7.00AM(AEDT).

During this period, they will have full BIC outage, where users will not be able to use Monoova for AUD fiat withdrawals and Deposits.

- Users can use our alternative AUD vendor "Zai" instead during this period.

- For existing withdrawals and deposits through Monoova, it will be resumed once the maintenance is complete.
