Travel Agents have access to a dedicated dashboard that offers an overview of total bookings, earnings, pending commissions, and invoice summaries—empowering them to track their performance at a glance. Admins, on the other hand, benefit from comprehensive reports and insights on agent performance, total orders, commission amounts paid and due, and overall booking trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Travel Agents can easily register and submit detailed profiles, including their company information, GST/VAT numbers, and a company logo for branding. Admins have full control to create, edit, approve, or disapprove agent profiles from the back office. If needed, profile creation and updates can be configured to require manual approval, ensuring only verified agents can operate on the platform.

Admins can flexibly define commission structures by setting global commission rates for room bookings and additional services. For more granular control, global rates can be disabled, allowing specific commission percentages to be set for each travel agent individually.Furthermore, the admin can decide how tax commissions are handled—whether the entire amount goes to the admin, the agent, or is shared between both parties.

To manage financial risk and ensure smooth operations, admins can set individual credit limits for travel agents. They can choose whether or not to allow agents to make bookings that exceed their assigned credit limits, giving the admin complete control over how credit is extended and managed.

Admins can create multiple payment modes—such as bank transfers, UPI, PayPal, and more—to facilitate smooth commission payouts to travel agents. Travel Agents can link their payment accounts under these approved modes directly from their dashboard. Admins can generate detailed commission invoices, set their status as Paid or Pending, and even settle commissions directly within the system. Both admins and agents have complete visibility into invoice details, payment histories, and settlement records.

Admins can fine-tune which hotels each travel agent can access, ensuring agents only make bookings for properties they are authorized to handle. This feature helps maintain clear boundaries and prevents unauthorized bookings, offering better property management and trust with hotel owners.

Travel Agents can create new bookings quickly, add customer details, select desired rooms, include additional services or facilities, and handle payments—either full or partial—directly from their dashboard. They can also edit existing bookings, changing check-in/check-out dates, guest occupancy, services, or facilities. On the admin side, all travel agent bookings are visible in one place, along with associated earnings, commissions, and options to settle or cancel commissions when needed.

Robust email and notification settings keep everyone in the loop. Admins and travel agents receive instant email updates and alerts for important events, including profile approval or disapproval, booking creation or modifications, reaching the credit limit, invoice generation, and payment updates. This ensures transparency and timely action for all stakeholders.
