I have struggled all of my life with my weight. In 2010 I decided that that needed to change and so I began running. I quickly dropped from 280lbs to 198lbs, but after a bad car accident that hurt my back, I had to change my fitness routine. That is when I came across BeachBody and the amazing products that they offer. Tony Horton’s 10minute trainer dvd set was perfect to help me bust through my fitness plateau! From then on, I was hooked!
My blog is all about helping people to find a way to start being healthy- whether that means running their first 5k race, or being able to do 50 push ups. This blog is here to motivate, inspire, and support you in any way I can!
I typically will post three times a week:
Motivation Mondays -where I share motivational quotes, stories, pphotos, etc and encourage my followers to share what motivates them as well
WOW Wednesdays – where I share a tasty new recipe, an interesting fact, and other random goodies
Fitness Fridays– where I will share a variety of fitness activities for any and all fitness levels. Some will be gym workouts, some will be at home workouts, and some will be quick moves that you can do at work or school.
