Amelia is ONE!

They look a bit different...

now than they did when my friend made the header for this blog. Perhaps it's time for me to consider an update, huh? I can't believe how fast these kids are growing up. Next year, I'll have two kids in elementary school and one in preschool. After we drop everyone off at their schools, it'll just be me and Amelia at home. How strange.

 
 
 
 

Only a month late...

I just got these pictures off the camera, and I love them. I love how Reid is holding Amelia's hand because we warned him in line that she might be afraid of Santa. And I really love how Claire and Hayden insisted on bringing their lists with them and needed some one-on-one time with Santa so they could go over their demands....err, I mean, requests. Taking all four kids anywhere has about an 75% chance of being utter chaos, but this Santa experience was just all that I'd hoped it would be.

 
 
 

FYI

We had another kid. I can't believe I haven't updated this blog since before Amelia was born!

Justin has been sporadically updating with random photographs, but those can hardly be called updates, right? So I'm toying with the idea of starting back up with the 'ol blog. I stopped because it felt like a chore, but I love looking back at it and so do the kids, so maybe it's a chore I can tolerate...sort of like laundry.

I wonder how long it will take someone to realize that there's a new post up here. I think our loyal followers have given up on us.

Since Amelia has yet to grace the blog, here are some recent bits of cuteness. She might be the best baby in the world. Really.
