星期二去銀行街辦些事，好多車,天氣好熱!

我的click account被suspend(按錯密碼>3)
他們說去website reset就好了
so我就地try 了，connection error( try 了幾次, same error)
問了他們，他們說connection有問題，已經通知了center
要等，等到幾時？不知道
就等等吧(順便辦些事）
過了十分鈡，staff過來說connection好了
so i try again
but this time with error [h310] general transaction error
the staff there said never see this error before
ask me to try it tmr(mbe server problem) or ask me to call to center

what is this service about! and then they keep trying selling their new saving plan , so terrible
very angry for that
make me feel totally not comfortable
almost lost my self-control
bad customer service
won't go this branch any more!!!!!!
At last, even i go to bank, but my click account not solved! and i can't even press money at ATM machine(only for withdrawing)

ps:
not only me, they try selling their new saving plan to others as well,
this is what a bank should look like?

心情不好，本來不打算吃了
but看到Sumo Sumo就去吃了
後來，隔天再try, 算是ok 了吧(click account)

我們的工作崗位必須寫weekly report的
剛開始寫weekly report的，覺得有一點煩（特別是忙時）
後來發現其實他就像寫blog,只是是工作上的blog
要track 囘時也比較容易，記的東西也比較多
大致就是你做了什麽的details,一些問題的解決方法等等
