Ree loved the rest of the club volleyball season. We even got to celebrate her birthday by playing volleyball. We had a family party for her later that weekend.

Then we celebrated Vin’s birthday. Look at that cake!
Easter was fun, we did our usual celebrations. We attended the annual Walker family Easter party, the kids love the tractor trailer ride.

Ree had a party with some of her friends to celebrate her birthday belatedly.

On May 1st we got a fun surprise:

In June K had summer reading school. Ree spent a week with my brother and sister-in-law and their two kids and she had Girls Camp. Vin got to go to Clear Creek Summer camp; he got home sick, but had a great time.
In July, Ree went to a volleyball camp at UVU. We got to go to the Stadium of Fire:

Steve transferred from SLCC to UVU. We also took the kids to their first rodeo. We got to go camping with my family.
Then in August we went camping with Steve’s family:

Then we took Kade, my brother, and my Mom on a trip to California. We visited Disneyland:

California Adventure:

Universal Studios:
(this is after the Jurassic Park ride, it’s the wettest we’ve ever got on this ride)
San Diego Zoo:

Sea World:

On the way home we got stuck in traffic for four hours. A truck had crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a tour bus. The truck caught on fire so they had to shut down the road to take care of it. When we passed the accident I thought the accident involved a sports car, not a truck.
We made it to Saint George that night, and safely home the next day.
At the end of August we started school.
K is in 2nd grade:
Na is in 4th grade:
Vin is in 6th grade:
Ree is in 8th grade:
And Steve started his classes at UVU.
