Lookin' good

A few weeks ago after church, Jason took Collin out to the train tracks to shoot some pictures. They both had fun taking them and I think they turned out pretty cool. If I would have known they were doing this, I would have had Collin change his snowman sweater so that we could have the pictures up all year round. We will have to try again once all the snow melts.

This is one of my favorites...

Here are some shots just for Grandpa Gord. Can you tell what he is doing?

It's a Christmas Miracle!!

I was driving around running errands when...

What to my wondering eyes should appear,
but this fantastic little sign that caused me such cheer!! (and a tear)

Image

Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus.
All is right in the world.
I believe in miracles.

PS I had to drive by it a few days later to make sure it wasn't a dream (or horrible nightmare!) And yes, it was still there.

Cookie Plates for Santa

One day while Carlie was here, we took them to a place called "Hands On". They got to decorate a cookie plate and meet Santa! We didn't tell them where we were going, we wanted it to be a surprise.

This is when they read that Santa was there...

Collin's says: Santa loves cookies

Carlie's says: Cookies 4 Santa

They each sat on his lap, but then they wanted a picture together...

Santa and Jason wouldn't let me get away without a picture with the baby...cheesy, cheesy!!

O Christmas Tree

Good tree decorators know that you need to get the decorations all over the tree.

Some should go right in the middle...

Some up high...

and others down low!!

Of course, it is very important to find that "perfect spot"!!

Jumping and dancing also make it fun...

But the best part is...

just being together!!

Thanks to everyone for your awesome comments on what to name our baby. Our top two favorites were:

1: McFly Urry aka McFlurry
and
2: Mohonri-Moriancumer

Stay tuned to see what we decide to do!!
