Playin in the Rain!
There is nothing like a sunny rain!
It is warm wet and inviting...so out they went with the umbrella for tramp games and running to chase rainbows. This afternoon was a favorite!
24th of July Parade! Snowflake AZ 2013
Rustin was asked to be Thomas Jefferson on the founding fathers float.
We had family visit from Utah.
Aunt Sheri uncle Curtis Bennett

Our Tree
Hidden in a beautiful aspen grove, off the trail, in one of the prettiest places in the white mountains is our tree. We hope to visit it for years to come.
Afternoon hike!
We try and take a few "feildtrips" in the summer to places near by that we have never visited.
This was a short hike down to a creek near woodland lake park.
We found fresh watercress at the bottom and made boats out of leaves to float down stream.
It was lovely.
Randall Reunion 2013!
This year we rounded everyone up for a cowboy style day of fun food and games!
We had relays and water balloon wars.
Onlookers cheering for the gunny sack race!
Kids earned pennies all day to buy goodies from the general store.
(Natalie was in charge and came up with all these great ideas)
We always start with a patriotic devotional and flag raising.
Kasen got to help fold the flag, you know Kasen he took it very serious and was so respectful.
Jaxon was thrilled about the cowboy theme and came fully decked out in his cowboy duds.
Troy created his own game and ran around roping the kids. A highlight for everyone.
Three legged race!
water babies
love his little tanned crack
Launching balloons was super fun! We really made them soar.
As happy as can be!
Papa told some of his cowboy stories around the campfire.
This was my favorite part I love feeling connected to my family with stories of the past.
Getting a feel for who we come from makes us want to be better.
Thanks Dad
Toasted Marshmallows
Smore's
Another great reunion packed into one fun filled to brim day!
YeeHA!
Long Scenic Drive & Lady bug
We went for a drive today up by Big Lake.
Even after the burn it is so beautiful.
We walked down to the creek and through the meadows.
At Big Lake Canyon found a ladybug and was content the rest of the trip to just carry the little bug around. He finally got away in the truck on the way home and we cold never find the little lady bug again. Canyon was sad.
