Well, our Mom did it again... she hasn't posted anything for the past 3 months. We have been busy, but Mom didn't take the time to tell everyone about our adventures. SO, we will try to review:
September began the Zimm Twins new career as PreK students. Still at Park Row Children Center, Kate and Doug switched to Monday/Wednesday/Friday class this year. Ms. Hudgens is our teacher M/W and Ms. Amy is our Friday teacher. We have made new M/W friends and some of our T/Th friends from years past joined us on our day switch. So far, this has been a great year.
In October, we celebrated Dad's 40th birthday and transformed into Jake and Issy from Disney's Jake and the Neverland Pirates for Halloween. Sunday before Halloween, we won 'best trunk' at PR's Trunk or Treat when GDaddy borrowed Mr. Windles guppy boat. With a bit of help from the GParents, we made the guppy into Jake's Bucky Pirate Ship.
The first week of November, The Zimm Twins took their GParents on an adventure drive to Corpus Christi! Mom attended a convention, so Kate & Doug took this opportunity to make their first trip to Corpus (as Doug calls it, Corpus City)! We spent Wednesday-Sunday in CC, having a nice visit with Aunt Barbara and a fun trip to the Texas State Aquarium. The condo our Great-Grandparents owned is still there in downtown. We took a picture in front of the front doors as a commemoration of our trip to where Mommy enjoyed her childhood summers. In addition, we took this time to make our first visit with Santa this year... in shorts and palm trees!!!

Doug found his first 2 girlfriends while on the trip, Mom's teacher friends Amanda and her friend Cassie. Doug was the man of the weekend with girls on both arms!
We visited our favorite pumpkin patch (First Christian Church) for a few photo opportunities and then again for our Thanksgiving photos!
This week, we celebrated Thanksgiving with our annual Family Brunch. Gmama made a great breakfast! After a turkey lunch and nap, we finished the weekend at Prairie Lights where we saw the most amazing Christmas light display!
Here's hoping Mom will do better updating the blog during the Christmas season..
