My New Blog!

Hey Everyone!  With much encouragement from...well pretty much everyone.....I started a Blog.  Its called Little Bit of Paint!  Its where I document the projects I do!  Go check it out and tell me what you think!!!

Talmage turns 8

Talmage turned 8 this year.  I can't hardly believe it!  It feels like the last few years have passed in the blink of an eye!  Sometimes I think he is still 5!!  But I love my sweet Talmage!  He has weathered our "storm" amazingly and I am so grateful for his attitude and the cheerful spirit he brings to our home!

And of course with turning 8 comes the blessing of Baptism.  He started counting down the days (literally) before Christmas!  I told him that who baptized him was his choice, and he struggled with that choice for a while but then decided to have Grandpa Rulon baptize him, and Brian confirm him.

We didn't have a friend party for him this year so we had a big celebration after his baptism

Thanksgiving in NJ

This year we went to spend Thanksgiving in New Jersey with my sister Sarah and her family.  It was so fun!  Sarah planned so many fun things for us to do!
