There hasn’t been much going on lately. Tyler still works 2 jobs and I stay home with Connor. Tyler has been such a sweetheart to help take care of Connor when I’m tired. Tyler can make him laugh a lot harder than I can. It’s so cute! Connor sometimes prefers his dad to put him to sleep.
This past weekend we decided to take a spur of the moment trip to see Tyler’s sister Julie, in Grand Junction. Well they actually live in Whitewater but it’s right next to Grand Junction. And most people know where that is. Connor was soo good on the drive up and back. The drive up made me really nervous but Tyler enjoyed it very much. We didn’t leave till after 7pm Thursday and ran into fog at about Green River. It was foggy the rest of the way. We didn’t do much but visit and spend time with family. It was a relaxing weekend. We didn’t take any pictures. I didn’t really think of it till we got back home. And I even took the camera.

Connor is 8 months old (yesterday). He’s getting so much bigger and makes many more sounds. Connor has been silly today. He’s been laughing a lot and is so cute to watch play. We can put him in his play yard pen and he will play for hours. Here’s a video of him having more fun with a Huggies diaper box then with his toys.
Now that Connor is more mobile, I’m more on my toes. If I put him on the ground to play, I have to have an eye on him or he gets into everything. He loves to find cords, books, movies, and paper. We also had to lower the bed as low as it will go. If not he would have the rail at his tummy. Not a good thing. He is at perfect height now to chew on the rail. It has bite marks all over it. Connor is still teething. This time around is not so fun for any of us.
I have had a program since me and Tyler got married, but I never really played with it till now. I have posted some pictures before that I changed or fixed. The ones that are of me and my family at Christmas time. I wanted to do more pictures and see what people think. Let me know if you like them or if you would change anything on them. I would like lots of comments and completely honest cause I am trying to learn. Can you tell the difference between the 2 pictures that look a like?

This last week Connor learned to pull himself up to stuff and stand up. I have a video of it and I’ll post it once I put it on my computer. I was bored and Connor was being silly climbing on boxes and so I decided to record him. As he was playing he went over to the couch and pulled himself up. Now he does it all the time.
Today, at church, Connor started to crawl on his hands and knees. Normally he army crawls but he now switches between the two.
We are so excited that he is progressing so much, but at the same time not cause we’ll have to keep an eye on him at ALL times now.
