We're wrapping up our pumpkin life cycle unit this week. So we had to paint about it of course!

During writing we worked on adjectives and wrote about how many pieces of Halloween candy we'll be getting!

Christian was Mrs. Burralls music star today. In happy to say that she is having such a hard time picking a different star each week because my class is so wonderful!

I can't wait to celebrate the 50th day of school tomorrow with the cute kids!

My wonderful class got to sit in the Reto cafe for the second time this year! I'm so proud of them!!!

Christian was the MVP for first in math today. Way to go!

Today was wear bright clothes for a bright future. I guess great minds think alike!

Some of my brave kids got flu shots and mists today. Such big kids to do it by themselves!

We worked on building sentences to describe the life cycle and to learn about adjectives. They did an awesome job building their sentences!!!

This past week in Team Dees!

We had local author, Carol Dabney, visit us this week. She's always so fun!

Since we were out of school on Friday, the kids got to go to the treasure box on Thursday. The big hit right now I the Angry Birds tatoos! Thank goodness that Mrs. Jakoet is in here to help me put all of them on!!!

I had fun getting to see so many of you at the Fall Carnival! My kids and Mrs. Hardin's little boy had a blast. Sadly, this is the only pic I snapped all night!
