This Zoids Zi-024 Command Wolf papercraft has one of those templates that is incredibly difficult to build, but produces an excellent model if you have the skills to pull it off. Created by Pendragon's Papercraft, the papercraft download includes two untextured Pepakura PDO files for the instructions (open with Pepakura Viewer only) and color PDF files for the printable templates. The finished model is rather large, coming in at around 25.4" (64.5 cm) long. The Zi-024 Command Wolf was featured in the Zoids: Chaotic Century anime. It is also referred to as the "Irvine Custom."

DeviantART member Gedelgo is a master at creating low poly papercraft. Completed in 2015, I consider this life size velociraptor skeleton to be his most ambitious project. From nose to tail, the model is 6.6' (2 M) in length. Constructing the model is a challenge. First, there are no instructions. Second, the model will not stand on its own and must be rigged with wire in order for it to hold together. Heavy cardstock or cardboard are recommended as the construction material. If you dare attempt build this model, the template is still available at Pepakura Gallery. The download includes both PDF and Pepakura PDO files.

I was captivated by this printable treehouse playset offered on the Brother Creative Center website. My children would have really been into something like this when they were younger. The three level treehouse has a room (complete with furniture!) on each level. Think of it as a stackable dollhouse. The six residents of the dollhouse are deer, rabbits, and owls. Hats off to Brother for creating such an imaginative papercraft!

The final season of the Stranger Things series begins on Netflix tomorrow, November 26! To celebrate the occasion, I wanted to post a Stranger Things papercraft. One of my favorites is this demogorgon paper toy created by Gun Santome. The paper version is much friendlier looking than the original! This 3D papercraft mask by designer, Zeodtr, was inspired by the Japanese Manga series, Tiger Mask. The storyline of Tiger Mask follows the exploits of a masked professional wrestler as he combats a mysterious organization that exploits young wrestlers. The template for this papercraft is available in Pepakura PDO format only and may be downloaded from Pepakura Gallery. The Tiger Mask manga and anime were popular in Japan in the late 1960s and 1970s.

The first Star Wars movie to feature Imperial Scout Troopers was Return of the Jedi in 1983. Since that time they have appeared throughout the Star Wars franchise, including animated series and video games. This paper model scout trooper features equipment essential to their job: electrobinoculars and an EC-17 hold-out blaster. The Pepakura PDO template for this model was created by Juraj Sáska and may be downloaded from MediaFire. The finished model is 13.71" (34.8 cm) tall.
