Summer always flies by but wow! August, all ready?? We have
been so busy, I swear we don’t have a 3 days stretch without at least 2 things
planned.
Travis
Been working and umpiring softball on the side. It’s nice
for a rainy day fund and he enjoys it. We went on trek with our ward and had an
amazing time. It was so difficult and hot. 103 degrees one day with zero shade
and too much clothing on haha but it was such a great opportunity. We are
thankful to have been able to go!
Amanda
Working and started an only BSN program. So far, so good. I
feel like I’m too busy to be doing school as well but I just feel like it’s a sacrifice
that I need to make for the greater good of my family. I have 13 classes and I
have already completed 2 so I feel that I’m off to a good start. Finally back to my pre prego weight! Thank you trek haha now just wanting to tone and keep in good overall shape for the next baby!
Chance
Getting so big. He is going to be 3 in 2 days and I am
literally in denial about it. He had his speech eval with Alpine school
district. He took it like a champ. He is 4th percentile for speech
so he will be qualifying for services. That’s supposed to start end of September
some time. He will be started 2 day a week preschool this year. I’m a little
nervous that he wont go but I hope he will. I think it will be good for him. We
have been getting him excited about it and we got him a back pack. He is going
to start itty bitty ball next month and we are excited for that. I think he is
going to love it!
Coleman
10 months. Oh busy busy busy!! Crawling everywhere. Pulls up
to things. Into everything. Eats anything you’ll let him have. He is a crazy
kid!! He loves to play with Chance and they actually do pretty well together. I
can’t wait til he can walk. Chance walked before his birthday so we will see if
Coleman is the same.
Looking forward to fun things this next month then kind of
hoping for things to slow down haha I’m ready to be back into normal routine
life, whatever that means hahah
