S-Talker
So our house seems to be the talk of the block among the realtors. On Tuesday our house was first to view on the realtor property tour. 14 realtors showed up; awesome! In the past 3 days we've had 6 showings; 1 of which we've heard is interested and a few we haven't heard back from yet. Praying for more showings this weekend and an offer soon!
Us stalking our house today for a short period during 1 of the showings! ...sitting in our neighbors driveway; you can see our house through our neighbors front porch. Ha!

The BIG Decision
As most of you know by now...we are moving! So much thought went into this decision with many prayers sent up for guidance and wisdom. Chad and I both absolutely LOVE Lago Vista. The golf course and lake across the street is more than we could wish for! The town itself is perfect for us; small town feel with a great school district. We really enjoy our church and we've made some good friends here. Our neighbors are the best and we really love our house.
The opportunity presented itself for us to move back closer to family and friends and after sleepless nights (partly because of this decision process and partly because of Kylan; HA!) we decided to apply for the transfer just a day or so before the deadline. Chad is ready to be the Game Warden of a county where lots of hunting is involved, the booking process at the jail is not so lengthy, and where he can truly be "the people's Warden"; I'm sure there are more reasons...this is just my interpretation of his thoughts. ;) When we got the news that he received the transfer we were excited and it all became real to me. ...Real that we would have to sell our first house. ...The first place that we fell in love with together. ...The first place that we "made over" and improved. ...The first place that we spent the first few nights on the floor in front of the fireplace because we didn't want to spend another night in the duplex. ...The first place that we got ready for Kylan. ...The first place we brought our baby home to. This house has so many WONDERFUL memories and I will surely be sad the moment the movers arrive, the moment we pull out of the driveway, and the moment that we sign the papers to say that it's not ours anymore. I love this house. It's been wonderful to us. ...But I do know that there are many memories still to be made and the structure of this place is not what defines us. It's our love, it's the 3 of us, it's the time that we have together...wherever that may be, wherever the road leads us...we will make new wonderful memories. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband and I will forever support him and his dreams. We are moving back to Henderson County. Thankfully we have found a rent house and I already have a job lined up. The Lord is providing and paving the way. ...How blessed we are!
