Merry Christmas

Just a few pictures of the kiddos and how big they are getting! Crazy. I was holding Bailey the other day by the Christmas tree while she was sleeping and it seemed like just yesterday I was holding her as a brand new baby by the Christmas tree. Time flies. We are all excited for Christmas! Have a Merry one.

First Day(s) of School

So today was Bailey's first day of Kindergarten! I can't believe it. It seems like she was just born! She is so cute and didn't cry or even look nervous one bit. She told me if anyone looked sad, she would go up to them and tell them she would be their friend and they were going to have lots of fun at school. She is so great. I love this little girl! I teared up a little, but was fine after a few minutes. Wednesday was Nicholas and Sydni's first day of school. They love their teachers and are so excited to be back in school. Today Jack was so hyper and excited. I think he was happy to have me all to himself. I can't wait for her to get off the bus and tell me all about it!

because she wouldn't want to make any other friends!

So it has been months since I updated my blog. So I finally decided to put a few pictures of the kiddos from this summer. What fun we have had. I feel like we haven't been in Albuquerque all summer, but looking forward to being around and for school to start. Maybe I will be better once school starts.....

Halloween 2009

I figured I better post the Halloween pictures before Christmas has come and gone. They were so cute and had so much fun on Halloween. Jack was a dog, not a mouse (everyone thought he was the cutest mouse!); Bailey was Daphne from Scooby Doo (she even won the costume contest for our neighborhood party; Sydni is a pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean; and Nicholas is Jango Fett from Star Wars. So much fun! Jack would get his pumpkin, walk up to every door, come back to the stroller and drop the pumpkin, climb back into the stroller and keep going until the next house. We repeated that about 100 times. We had friends over for chili and food after Trick or Treating. After four soccer games, Trick or Treating, and then entertaining, it was a very tiring day. You would think I would go straight to bed. Instead I stayed up to 3:00 and read The Hunger Games--a great book! Oh well, I'm paying for it today. Image

Sydni's Hair Cut

Image
Sydni has been growing her hair out for months. It was cute, but I loved her hair when it was cut shorter. Her best friend Emmy got her hair cut last week and now they want to have a race to see whose hair grows faster. I hated to discourage her, but Emmy has this beautiful, thick hair that will beat Sydni hands down. I didn't care! I was so happy that she decided to cut her hair again, I love it short. She is such a beautiful girl. The best thing about Sydni is she is even more beautiful inside than out. What a girl.

Oquirrh Mountain Open House

I finally sent some of these pictures to Stacey and remembered how much I loved a couple of these of Jack and Bailey and so I decided to play with my scrapbook program. I am just trying to figure it out and did all of this the wrong direction for how I want to print them, but Oh well! It's fun just to play! Image

First Day of School

So the kids went back to school after an amazingly quick summer. Where did the time go! I haven't hardly posted anything although I have taken lots of pictures! Who knows, maybe I will start to catch up on life now that I have a few more minutes to myself. Jack sure misses having them around all the time, but the peace and quiet is a little nice for both of us.
