THE FATHER SON= MOTHER DAUGHTER

While the guys were at the Father and Son camp out. The girls and I went for a night out. We went out to eat, got our nails done and did a little shopping. It was a good time.



When we were at the mall the girls talked me into the wind tunnel. They think its hilarious.

80's day 2012

At the end of the Elementry school year they do an 80's day. This is what the kids came up with. Noah really wanted to wear our "Joe Dirt" hair. hahahaha

SOFTBALL 2012

This year Katie and Allie both played. Allie made the Majors team which sounded really cool except it was only her second year playing and so she didn't get much game time..... Lame!

Allie was on the Orange Crush Majors team. Katie on the Blue Dolphins.

Allie played Catcher, and Center field. She loved it when she was playing. It was a hard adjustment for her since last year she rarely was sitting out. Also she really didn't enjoy Center field.

Katie loved every minute of it. She really enjoyed the social part. Most the time she was day dreaming. (NOT KATIE? HEHEHE)

There was way too much traveling involved for 2 parents who don't get off of work before 5:30- 6. Well and lets be honest Chris really doesn't like to go.

So we decided that we wont do little league anymore. They will just have to wait until middle school.

I'm afraid that this last season turned Allie off the sport. She really had no desire to do the school team.:(

She is striving more towards Volleyball and Basketball.

ONE GLOOMY DAY

One Saturday in June before school had gotten out for summer. It had been raining, gloomy and cold for a while and we were getting Summer fever. I told the kids we could forget about Saturday chores and we were going for a ride.

We just headed the opposite way of town and Noah said" lets go see the other dam. I just went there on a field trip". So we did. We played in the park near by and skipped rocks. Then we headed around the other side of the lake on a nice drive. We all talked and joked in the car. It was nice to just get out and see the beautiful place we live. in.

HAIRCUT

So Izzie gave herself a haircut one day. We put Noah in charge when we took Allie to go do some baptisms for the dead. Well I guess this is what happens. He thought she was with Katie and Katie thought she was with him.

We took her to go get it fixed. It looked ok if she would keep it in a pony tail but she wouldn't . So this is what we ended up with. She acutely still looks cute and I think it fits her crazy personality anyway.

CAMPING

We went camping over Memorial weekend before school got out last year....

Yes it has been a very long time since I have blogged. There was a few things I had to fix on my computer before I could do it and they were all quit time consuming. Which I don't have a lot of.

We went with some friends. The Woods and the Bolles. We went near Gillette Lake, and Beaver Lodge. Our kids had so much fun. I really enjoyed it. We haven't been camping a whole lot since we moved back to Washington. I think really its because we don't have time with work.

Katie and her little friends Macy, and Lucy. They loved my big girls and I think the feeling is mutual.

I'm glad my kids brush there teeth, but not so great when you are on a teeter- taughter. hahaha

Mathew, Ben, and Izzie dug a big hole. This is Mathew sitting in it. He thought it was so cool.

We had a great time can't wait tell we can go again.

RACEWAYS

We went to the Raceways one night.  I had gotten free tickets.  I wasn't really interested but it ended up being a really good time.  We all had fun.
