Enjoying the Pool - Disney Part 2
We stayed at the Grand Floridian in the Disneyworld park. Very nice place with a very neat pool. Bryson loved the waterslide and even Jayson warmed up to it. Addison was content to hang out at the edge and just get her feet wet.
Bryson doing a few underwater tricks at the pool at our resort.
Coming down the waterslide at our pool. Yes, our camera is waterproof. lol
Disneyworld's Magic Kingdom - Disney Part 1
Enjoying the fireworks show and the Crystal Palace.
We took the kids at the beginning of May to see Mickey and his gang. Had a blast! Spent 2 full days at the Magic Kingdom. Did a lot of swimming at our resort. Did a lot of walking! Jay and I were exhausted.

Happy 4th Birthday Jayson!

Jayson wanted a Halloween birthday party so we had it the weekend before Halloween. This worked well because Addison and Jayson have very close birthdays and it would be very stressful to have parties very close together so this spaced them out some.
The kids wore their Halloween costumes and came over for hotdogs, BBQ and other goodies. I made Boo cupcakes. The kids had a blast and Jayson really enjoyed himself.

Ouch!
A couple of days ago as I was loading the kids into the van Jayson got tripped up and fell out of the van door face first onto our aggregate driveway. He tore his face up pretty good. Had a cut on his forhead, a nasty scrape on his nose, a deep cut on his upper lip under his nose, and had busted the inside of his lower lip.
Needless to say we made a trip to the doctor to get it cleaned up and patched up. He luckily didn't need stitches. The doc was able to use Dermabond (glue basically). His upper lip split back open during the day so we made a second trip to have it re-glued. This time it worked.
My boys are super active and do just about anything. Jump from the stairs. Hang on to a zipline in the back yard. Ride their bikes down the driveway as fast as they can. And how do they get hurt? By falling out of the van... Go figure!

Think on these things...
Mission Lazarus
We've come to know of this ministry through our church and think it is wonderful! It is a faith-based program in Honduras.
This is their mission statement: "Mission Lazarus is a holistic ministry that focuses on basic primary education, skill development, health education and treatment, agricultural development, and preaching and teaching the Word of God."
Here is a picture of the coffee we purchased. Very strong but good stuff!

Out of the mouth of babes...
Jayson will kill me one day for sharing this but hey, I'm going to scar him one way or another simply because I'm his mother. Ha!
The story goes...
Jayson woke up from a nap with wet underware. When we asked him if he peed in his britches he loudly proclaimed, "Bryson did it!"

VBS
Addison - 9 Months Old
Addison is 9 months old now and in to EVERYTHING. She's crawling and pulling up so I have had to babyproof the home and put the gates up. As a result, she's had her first boo-boo. She pulled up on the boys' stepstool (for brushing their teeth), lost her footing, and fell face-first on the corner giving herself a black eye. (You can see in the pic where she's banging the pots.) I'm sure it's the first of many scrapes, especially with 2 older brothers. :)
Addison's eating tablefood now and won't touch babyfood. She can wave and say bye-bye and her favorite thing to do is laugh at the boys. They love to make her laugh.
She recently went to the doctor and got some shots. She was 17 lbs 8 oz (20%) and 29 1/2 inches (95%). Long and lean. Wish I could say that about myself. Ha!
We've having a lot of fun with her. Little girls really are sugar and spice and everything nice!
